Refund policy

Madison Page Return policy:

All items must be returned within 10 days of package delivery. Items that have a tag removed, been washed, worn or otherwise altered are not eligible for return. Items with makeup, marks, odors or any other damage are not eligible for return. Please include your name, order number and reason for return on the back of the Thank You card you received with your order. All returns are for store credit and are not returnable after the 10 day period.

For sanitary reasons, jewelry is considered final sale and may not be returned.

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be  issued. 

Exchanges:

To exchange, please return your item to Madison Paige within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive your item, your refund will be issued. If there is an item you’d like to purchase and are worried will go out of stock, we recommend you buy the desired item. Then when you receive your refund, you can use it for something else equally amazing!

Damaged or Defective items

An email must be sent with a picture of the damage/defect clearly marked, to madisonpaigeboutique123@gmail.com Upon review, Madison Page will send a return label via email. Damaged/defective items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. A replacement or refund will be issued.
